{"id":3697,"date":"2025-03-26T11:13:25","date_gmt":"2025-03-26T10:13:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nimi.rs\/?p=3697"},"modified":"2025-03-26T11:14:34","modified_gmt":"2025-03-26T10:14:34","slug":"poreske-olaksice-za-zaposljavanje-koje-vaze-do-kraja-2025-godine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nimi.rs\/en\/poreske-olaksice-za-zaposljavanje-koje-vaze-do-kraja-2025-godine\/","title":{"rendered":"Poreske olak\u0161ice za zapo\u0161ljavanje koje va\u017ee do kraja 2025. godine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Va\u017eno je naglasiti da se pod \u201enovozaposlenim licem\u201d smatra osoba sa kojom je poslodavac sklopio ugovor o radu i koja je prijavljena na obavezno socijalno osiguranje u sistemu CROSO. Me\u0111utim, ako je osoba ranije bila zaposlena kod poslodavca koji je povezano lice sa trenutnim poslodavcem, ili bi to bilo da nije prestalo da postoji, ne mo\u017ee se smatrati novozaposlenim licem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bitno je napomenuti da se istovremeno mo\u017ee koristiti samo jedna od ponu\u0111enih olak\u0161ica tokom celog perioda trajanja mere.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poreske olak\u0161ice za zapo\u0161ljavanje lica sa evidencije Nacionalne slu\u017ebe za zapo\u0161ljavanje (NSZ) odnose se na poslodavce koji zapo\u0161ljavaju lica koja su prethodno bila nezaposlena i prijavljena na evidenciji NSZ.Uslov za novozaposlenog je da lice mora biti prijavljeno kao nezaposleno kod NSZ najmanje \u0161est meseci bez prekida,ili tri meseca ako se zapo\u0161ljava kao pripravnik, a poslodavci koji mogu koristiti olak\u0161icu su pravno lice ili preduzetnik (knjiga\u0161, pau\u0161alac i poljoprivrednik).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poslodavci moraju da ispunjavaju i odre\u0111ene uslove da bi koristili ovu olak\u0161icu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cZapo\u0161ljavanje mora rezultirati pove\u0107anjem broja zaposlenih u odnosu na stanje na dan 31. mart 2014. godine. Ako je poslodavac osnovan nakon tog datuma, broj zaposlenih mora biti pove\u0107an u odnosu na 31. decembar prve godine poslovanja\u201d, navodi Serafijanovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obim olak\u0161ice podrazumeva da poslodavac ostvaruje pravo na povra\u0107aj pla\u0107enih poreza i doprinosa, i to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>65 odsto za poslodavce koji zaposle od jedne do devet osoba<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>70 procenata za poslodavce koji zaposle od 10 do 99 lica<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>75 odsto za poslodavce koji zaposle 100 i vi\u0161e lica<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ova olak\u0161ica se mo\u017ee koristiti za zarade ispla\u0107ene zaklju\u010dno sa 31. decembrom 2025. godine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-poreske-olaksice-za-zaposljavanje-osnivaca-inovacionih-drustava\">Poreske olak\u0161ice za zapo\u0161ljavanje osniva\u010da inovacionih dru\u0161tava<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ova mera odnosi se na osniva\u010de privrednih dru\u0161tava koja se bave inovacijama i zapo\u0161ljavaju sebe u sopstvenom preduze\u0107u. Osniva\u010d mora biti zaposlen u sopstvenom dru\u0161tvu i imati najmanje pet odsto vlasni\u0161tva u preduze\u0107u. Tako\u0111e, uslov je i da poslodavac ne sme imati povezana pravna lica ili, ako ih ima, ne sme ostvarivati vi\u0161e od 30 odsto prihoda od tih povezanih lica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kori\u0161\u0107enjem ove olak\u0161ice poslodavac je 100 odsto oslobo\u0111en od poreza na zarade i 100 odsto pla\u0107anja doprinosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Olak\u0161ica va\u017ei 36 meseci od dana osnivanja preduze\u0107a. Maksimalna bruto zarada koja mo\u017ee biti oslobo\u0111ena je 150.000 dinara mese\u010dno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Olak\u0161ice za zapo\u0161ljavanje lica anga\u017eovanih na poslovima istra\u017eivanja i razvoja<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Da bi ostvario pravo na ovu olak\u0161icu, prema re\u010dima poreske savetnice, zaposleni mora biti direktno anga\u017eovan na poslovima istra\u017eivanja i razvoja, ali to se ne odnosi na administrativne ili nadzorne poslove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPoslodavac mora biti pravno lice koje u okviru svoje delatnosti sprovodi istra\u017eivanja i razvoj za sopstvene potrebe. U tom slu\u010daju ima\u0107e prava na olak\u0161icu koja iznosi 70 odsto oslobo\u0111enja od poreza na zarade i 100 procenata oslobo\u0111enja od pla\u0107anja doprinosa za penzijsko i invalidsko osiguranje\u201d, obja\u0161njava Serafijanovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rok va\u017eenja olak\u0161ice je sve vreme trajanja istra\u017eiva\u010dkog projekta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mere za novonastanjene zaposlene se odnose na visokokvalifikovane kadrove koji se doseljavaju u Srbiju radi zaposlenja.<\/strong>&nbsp;Uslovi su da zaposleni nije prete\u017eno boravio u Srbiji u poslednje dve godine i da ima mese\u010dnu bruto zaradu ve\u0107u od 393.855 dinara. Zaposleni koji je mla\u0111i od 40 godina i koji se vratio u Srbiju posle \u0161kolovanja u inostranstvu mora imati mese\u010dnu bruto zaradu ve\u0107u od 262.570 dinara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako su ispunjeni ovi uslovi, dobija se i pravo na kori\u0161\u0107enje olak\u0161ice koja iznosi 70 odsto smanjenja osnovice za obra\u010dun poreza i socijalnih doprinosa.
